The Neuron program was initially written by Michael J. Hines at Yale University about 10 years ago. Originally for use on UNIX computers, it now has versions that run on MSWindows 3.1, 95, 98, and NT 4.0, as well as the MacOS. Neuron, too, is public-domain software for use in universities.
