Heuwieser Antrum Grasping Forceps

These are useful for debulking polyps in the maxillary sinus (Fig. 10.25). They have relatively sharp ends, so it is not possible to avulse polyps in the maxillary sinus. This is desirable, as it is best to leave a relatively intact lining in the sinus; otherwise, cilial regeneration will take many months.
