of protein precipitation, and can be performed using robotics such as the Tomtec Quadra 96 system. Sample injection into the LC-MS/MS system is also facilitated by the 96-well plate system by using smart autosamplers such as the LEAP CTC Pal system. Using this strategy, the compounds are dosed and assayed and the PK report is issued within 2 weeks of the compound delivery date [55].
